Zushi is zo'n beetje het enige sushirestaurant met lopende band dat het in Amsterdam heeft overleefd. Je wordt wellicht een beetje duizelig van de ronddraaiende sushi maar toch blijft dit concept leuk. De kok houdt de band goed in de gaten, zodat de bordjes niet lang blijven draaien. De sushi is hier prima. Probeer ook andere Japanse goodies, die je apart kunt bestellen, zoals de leuke kleine salades, gegrilde gerechten, tempura en vers klaargemaakte hand rolls. Zushi is een klein beetje trendy en een klein beetje kindvriendelijk.
Zushi is special because it's a conveyer belt sushi restaurant. Zushi is also special because it's pretty much the only one of its sort that survived the tough Amsterdam restaurant scene. Something must be wrong with the conveyer concept. Does sushi get dizzy? Not the sushi at Zushi. They're actually quite alright and are even getting better and better. That's why Zushi rightly survives. Also check out the other Japanese goodies, to be ordered separately, like nice little salads, grilled dishes, tempura and freshly prepared hand rolls. Zushi is a bit trendy and a bit child friendly (if they come early).

Nu verschillende keren geweest en altijd weer speciaal. Leuk en apart dat alle gerechten 'ronddraaien' op een lopende band. Vooral onze kinderen vonden het spannend als ze de gerechten van de band mochten pakken. Vooral dat maakt het bijzonder. De bediening en de kwaliteit van het eten waren goed, maar niet speciaal.
