Last night in Juuls we had the BEST dining experience I've had in 9 years of living in Amsterdam. The food was simply delicious (every one of the 5 courses) - and innovative without being pretentious. Their choice of wines with each course was spot-on. The service was by far the best ever in this town without being intrusive; they really cared about our comfort and our experience. [There was one screw-up that was out of their control - and they more than compensated for that in the way they handled the situation.] The ambience was perfectly cosy. All-round 'gezellig'.
