It was wonderful! The place has been renovated and looks great. We were welcomed with a big smile by a waiter and started the night with a Kir Mamouche with a little cherry inside, looked an tasted very yum. As starter we shared a salad of raw tune with coquilles and an oyster and a filo pastry stuffed with chicken, sweet onion, raisins, cinnamon and almonds. As a main we had the tagine of lam shoulder and a couscous with lam curry. The waiter recommended a Marokan Shiraz that went wonderful with the food.. Presentation, food & service were wonderful. I will be back soon!

They have 2 restaurants one in Rotterdam and one they recently opened in Amsterdam. The Rotterdam one is small and cosy while the Amsterdam one is way bigger and misses a lot of the intimacy Rotterdam offers. Was extremely excited to hear that they had opened a restaurant almost next to my place in Amsterdam but I have to say I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of food. In Rotterdam the service is way slower but you can literally lick your fingers while in Amsterdam I hardly finished my Cuban Chicken.. They do have the cocktails down which made up for a lot....will try it again soon but I think that if they put some more effort in maintaining the same quality as the one in Rotterdam this could be a great hit! Rotterdam is still the one in my heart though...
